Information you choose to send
The request form collects your name, email or phone, service location, property context, proposed work or symptoms, access information and the details you enter. It also records the consent text and time, originating page, referrer and campaign parameters present on that visit. You can use the library and tools without submitting a request.
Ask HAUSE
Ask HAUSE is an automated guide using an OpenAI model hosted by Cloudflare. When you choose “Agree & send”, your question and recent chat are sent to Cloudflare AI. Avoid sensitive details. The displayed conversation remains in this page’s memory and can be cleared here; clearing it does not delete information already processed by Cloudflare. Day-scoped IP hashes and counters help limit abuse. Chatting does not submit a service request. The separate follow-up form requires its own consent before contact details and a conversation are shared with HAUSE and, where available, a qualified provider.
Planning tool storage
When you choose “Add to request brief”, that tool result is saved in this browser’s local storage. It is included with a later request from this site. Visit attribution is stored for the current browser session. Tool results are not automatically sent as a lead. Clear this site’s browser storage to remove a saved brief; a successfully received request clears the saved tool brief on this device.
How a request is used
HAUSE uses submitted information to review and respond to the request, maintain the project conversation and record your consent and source. Any discussion about sharing with a contractor or service provider is a separate step with your agreement. Sending a request does not create a contractor booking or enroll you in marketing.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting and request processing. GoHighLevel is used for the internal request record. Resend delivers internal request alerts to the HAUSE team. These service providers may process information outside your province or Canada. Their processing and the applicable service arrangements govern their systems.
Access, correction and questions
Use the request form to ask about your submitted information, a correction or its removal. Identify the site and request reference if you have one. Provide only the details needed to locate the record. A person will review the request and any applicable record-retention needs.
